The beginning
While introducing and bringing practical prenatal psychology in psychotherapy (opening the body’s deep consciousness) to Estonia, together with my colleague and friend from Israel (Ykair Elkayam), I came across the book “In Utero I” (The Intrauterine Self) by Sandra Ramos and Jorge A. Ramos. I was blown away by the book and wrote them feedback on Facebook. That’s not typical behavior for me, but impulse won.
To my honor and surprise, they responded with very warm words of gratitude in a private conversation. From there, our dialogue led to the question of whether they would be willing to conduct an online workshop on the same topic. At that time, their schedule was very busy, and we left the idea “on hold,” so it could resurface at the right moment.

A dream fulfills
We dreamed and discussed together what and how we might create. And here are the first plans – a free lecture on October 3 and a two-day online masterclass on November 15–16. Further plans are likely to follow, but we will share those when the next right moment comes.
Gratitude and knowledges
I am deeply grateful for their openness to enrich the systemic landscape with their pioneering concept: Idealized Sex Projection (ISP). Developed over two decades of clinical work with Family Constellations, ISP refers to a common psychodynamic: the projection, by one or both parents, of a desired sex (male or female) onto their baby as it develops in utero.
Sometimes the real baby matches the idealized one, but often it does not. As Sandra and Jorge will demonstrate, this satisfaction—or dissatisfaction—can have a cascade of profound psychoemotional, psychosomatic, and relational consequences throughout the life of the parents, the child, and even other family members.

The depth and sensitivity of the topic set the following conditions for participation:
- In case of withdrawal, a cancellation request must be sent by email to teraapia@minad.ee no later than November 11. A 25% service fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- For cancellations made on or after November 12, the participation fee is non-refundable.
- Conditions for receiving the Certificate: the participant must be connected for at least 75% of the total event duration, and attendance must be confirmed through the official Zoom report. Additional information will be provided in the registration letter.
- Participation is possible only live. The session will not be recorded.
- The event will be held in English with consecutive translation into Estonian. To ensure the utmost precision and authenticity when exploring the most nuanced concepts, there may be moments where key ideas will be expressed in Portuguese, which will then be translated into English and Estonian.

Your journey doesn’t end when the masterclass does. You will be invited to an exclusive, temporary online space, co-moderated by Jaana, Sandra, and Jorge. This private group will be a dedicated container for you to ask follow-up questions, share your insights, and deepen your integration of the material with the direct support of the facilitators.

She is a teacher and classical psychotherapist who has been working since 1998 in family constellations, EFT, Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho, Karuna, regression, and transcultural shamanism. She is an author, researcher, and an international member of the American Psychological Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in general psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology.
Jorge A. Ramos – Director of ICI (Instituto de Ciencias Integradas, Portugal). He is a teacher and classical psychotherapist who has been working since 1998 in family constellations, Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho, Karuna, regression, and transcultural shamanism. He is an author, researcher, and an international member of the American Psychological Association. He holds bachelor’s degrees in linguistics and general psychology, as well as a master’s degree in clinical psychology with a diploma of academic merit.
