Terms and Conditions
General Terms
1.1. The online store at minad.ee sells physical and digital products owned by MINAD OÜ.
1.2. These terms govern the legal relationships between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and MINAD OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), the owner of the online store located at www.minad.ee, concerning the purchase of products from the store. In addition to these terms, legal relationships arising from the purchase of digital products are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The Seller may change the terms of use, product descriptions, and prices without prior notice.

2.1. All prices displayed in the online store are in euros. No VAT is added to the prices.Products
3.1. Digital products displayed in the online store are available for immediate download after payment.
3.2. The information, images, and descriptions of the products in the online store are created to accurately present the content and value of the products. A detailed description of each digital product is provided. If the downloaded document does not meet the Client’s expectations, the Seller does not refund the purchase.
3.3. Before making a purchase, the Client can ask clarifying questions via email (teraapia@minad.ee) or phone (+372 5200108).
3.4. The Seller will refund the purchase if the Client proves that the digital product was not opened, downloaded, saved on a device, or stored for later use in any way.Making a Purchase
4.1. The Client selects the desired product in the online store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
4.2. To place an order, the Client must navigate to the cart or checkout page: click “View cart” or “Proceed to checkout” in the menu bar under the cart option.
4.3. After entering the required information and verifying its accuracy, the Client confirms the order by clicking “Place order.” Once confirmed, the order is sent to the Seller.
4.4. The Client pays for the product immediately via a bank link and confirms the payment by clicking “Return to merchant.”
4.5. After payment, the Client can immediately download the digital product. Additionally, a download link is sent to the Client’s email.
4.6. The Client must provide accurate information necessary for fulfilling the order.
4.7. The Seller is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.Payment Methods
5.1. Orders can be securely paid for via Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, and Coop), invoice, or card payment.
5.2. Payments are processed outside the online store environment by the service provider Montonio.
5.3. The Seller does not have access to the Client’s banking or credit card information.Delivery
7.1. Digital products are immediately downloadable via the link sent to the Client’s email or directly from the platform after payment.
7.2. Physical products are delivered via Itella SmartPost to the parcel machine chosen by the Client or can be picked up at Lasteaia 11-1, Tabasalu, 76901 Harju maakond.
7.3. If for any reason the product cannot be downloaded, the Client must notify the online store by sending an email to teraapia@minad.ee or calling (+372) 5200108.Withdrawal from Purchase
8.1. The Client does not have the right to return a digital product if it has been downloaded and opened (as per § 53(4) and § 71 of the Law of Obligations Act).Complaints Procedure
9.1. A 2-year complaints period applies to sold products as per § 218(2) of the Law of Obligations Act.
9.2. If a product is defective or does not meet the stated requirements, the Client must notify the Seller immediately, but no later than within two months of the issue’s discovery. Notifications must include the Client’s contact details and a detailed description of the problem and be sent to teraapia@minad.ee.
9.3. All complaints are reviewed, and the Client is contacted as soon as possible but no later than within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
9.4. During the first six months after the product is delivered, it is presumed that any defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise. During this period, the Seller bears the costs of repairing or replacing the product, including transport and material costs. For the following 1.5 years, the Seller bears these costs only if the complaint is justified.Liability
10.1. The Seller and the Client are liable to each other for any damages caused by violating these terms to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
10.2. The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10.3. The Client agrees to use the services of the online store only for purposes that comply with the law and good practices.Terms of Use and Changes
11.1. By registering or making a purchase, the Client agrees to and commits to complying with the online store’s terms of use.
11.2. A sales contract between the Seller and the Client becomes effective upon the receipt of the purchase amount in the Seller’s account.
11.3. The Seller may change the terms of use or product prices. Notifications about changes will be published in the online store environment. Transactions are subject to the terms and prices valid at the time of the transaction.
11.4. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if a technical error has caused an incorrect price to be displayed in the online store.Other Terms
12.1. Disputes between the Client and the Seller will be resolved through negotiations.
12.2. If the Client has complaints regarding the online store, they should be sent to teraapia@minad.ee or communicated via phone at (+372) 5200108. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Client may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions for proceedings and the application form are available here. The Consumer Disputes Committee handles disputes arising from contracts between the Client and the online store. The review of complaints by the committee is free of charge.
