ISP Lecture – Idealized Sex Projection by Sandra Ramos and Jorge A.Ramos. Free. Online.
I am delighted to announce an exciting new collaboration project with Sandra Ramos and Jorge A. Ramos from Portugal!
How it all began.
While introducing and bringing practical prenatal psychology in psychotherapy (opening the body’s deep consciousness) to Estonia, together with my colleague and friend from Israel (Ykair Elkayam), I came across the book “In Utero I” (The Intrauterine Self) by Sandra Ramos and Jorge A. Ramos. I was blown away by the book and wrote them feedback on Facebook. That’s not typical behavior for me, but impulse won.
To my honor and surprise, they responded with very warm words of gratitude in a private conversation. From there, our dialogue led to the question of whether they would be willing to conduct an online workshop on the same topic. At that time, their schedule was very busy, and we left the idea “on hold,” so it could resurface at the right moment.
The right moment arrived.
Now, almost a year later, their scientific research on the effectiveness of the constellation method in addressing psycho-emotional stress has been published (the article is here: https://psycnet.apa.org/
A dream comes true.
We dreamed and discussed together what and how we might create. And here are the first plans – a free lecture on October 3 and a two-day online masterclass on November 15–16. Further plans are likely to follow, but we will share those when the next right moment comes.

I am deeply grateful for their openness and willingness to collaborate in enriching the systemic landscape, in Estonia and beyond, with the theme of Idealized Sex Projection (ISP) – how parents’ gender preference and similar factors affect the psychodynamics of the fetus developing in the womb.

About the facilitators:
Sandra Ramos – Director of ICI (Instituto de Ciencias Integradas, Portugal). She is a teacher and classical psychotherapist who has been working since 1998 in family constellations, EFT, Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho, Karuna, regression, and transcultural shamanism. She is an author, researcher, and an international member of the American Psychological Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in general psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology.
Jorge A. Ramos – Director of ICI (Instituto de Ciencias Integradas, Portugal). He is a teacher and classical psychotherapist who has been working since 1998 in family constellations, Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho, Karuna, regression, and transcultural shamanism. He is an author, researcher, and an international member of the American Psychological Association. He holds bachelor’s degrees in linguistics and general psychology, as well as a master’s degree in clinical psychology with a diploma of academic merit.
