About me
My professional title does not encompass everything I have acquired and use in my daily work as a therapist. The approach that has developed over the years can be summarized as: transpersonal, therapeutic, and person-to-person. Just as each individual is unique, the approaches and therapeutic techniques are adapted to each client. The client does not need to fit into theories and predefined frameworks. As a therapist, my responsibility is to create the most suitable format for each meeting based on the client's needs.
Certified family constellations facilitator and structural constellations facilitator, trainer, lecturer, and creator and facilitator of adult self-development courses, a woman, a partner, a mother, a daughter, and always a student.
Services
PSYCHOTHERAPY
People come to psychotherapy with various concerns, disruptive behaviors, to understand what is happening in their lives, to seek solutions, and to get to know themselves. Therapy supports the development of personality structure and better self-management.
THERAPY FOR COUPLES
This is a therapeutic dialogue between partners or any two adults. Come when there is a difficult situation that you cannot resolve on your own, continue cooperation or friendship. The goal is to find the hidden underlying causes of tensions and help bring the necessary balance to the relationship.
CONSTELLATIONS
Using this method, answers to the client's questions are sought within the family system. The goal is not to find a culprit, but to identify strongly charged events, associated individuals, and their painful feelings that have become frozen. The pain is passed down to descendants until someone respectfully faces the truth.
BODY PSYCHOTHERAPY
This form of therapy is based on exploring body-mind connections and bodily impulses and is combined with the principles of psychotherapy. We identify how habitual bodily responses can create tension and personal limits.
THERAPEUTIC DIALOGUE: CHILD - PARENT
Through guided dialogue, it is expressed what is necessary for important conversations to be had and the relationship to be organized. This ensures that the child can remain a child and the parent a parent. This form of therapy is special because the child learns important basic skills together with the parent.
SUPERVISIONS
The opportunity to receive professional support and guidance privately, among colleagues, or in a 1:1 meeting. There are various forms of supervision. Jaana Saar offers her unique approach, based on 12 years of personal experience and knowledge.

The Body keeps the Score
A very important book for therapists who work with trauma. This book contains a wealth of research, scientific information, and examples of how different therapeutic formats affect the brain, body, and reactions.
The painful experience of emotional abandonment
I try to put my feelings and thoughts into words, how I finally connected with this pain, and how it resolved for me – very unexpectedly, but logically.
Can't draw?! False!
Can I make them? Yes, I can, so I can draw! But then why do I claim that I can't and what do I actually mean by that? This question came to my mind when I picked up a pencil after a long time.
