Minad School
Minad School
Introduction
The courses of Minad School are designed for those who wish to expand their knowledge of psychology, human functioning, and the mechanisms of belonging to a system. Additionally, they aim to develop both personal and therapist personality structures to be mentally agile and open.
A therapist who knows their strengths and weaknesses is attuned. They know when to stop and when to proceed with the client. Continuous self-improvement is a therapist's lifestyle, providing flexibility, novelty, and increasing competence.
It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop.

Advanced Training for Therapists
The aim of the course is to develop and enhance therapeutic skills by combining different approaches and knowledge. By doing so, it also provides personal experience on how these methods work and what possible limitations exist. In the course, I will share my knowledge and tools that may help you become bolder, more creative, and more open to various possibilities in your therapeutic work.
Advanced Training for Constellators
The aim of the course is to impart the knowledge and skills that I have acquired through advanced constellation trainings in Estonia and abroad. I offer additional materials that help improve and support the quality of skills. Precise knowledge and mechanisms have been discovered, tested, and interpreted. I wish to share these with you to act more confidently and trust what is happening in the field.
The story of Minad school
About the Founder of Minad School, Jaana Saar
I have long-term, internationally certified training in transpersonal psychology (psychotherapy), body psychotherapy, and multiple constellator trainings. I have created and facilitated personal development seminars, courses, and workshops aimed at adults for many years. As usual, it all started from a personal need to grow and heal. This led me on the path of further education. The results amazed me, which soon motivated me to practice professionally what I had learned and personally experienced. With enthusiasm, I added various additional courses, readings, and guidance. My thirst for knowledge grew. I had discovered the path to self-discovery.
From an Idea to action
The seed of Minad School started to sprout with the first Minad Intensive in 2018. Since then, the intensives have been held several times a year. Gradually, the desire grew to bring together various personal development topics under one name. Although it was not yet clear how, I always knew that one day I would share my knowledge and experiences that come from an inner desire and heart. Additionally, people started asking when they could learn under my guidance. It took a little more time. I continued to improve myself, did therapeutic work with clients and myself, and guided groups alongside my main job. Training requests increased, and the calendar filled up. In 2021, I felt ready to establish the school.
