The field is everywhere, not just in constellation workshops, groups, or rooms. We live within it and relate to everyone and everything in the same ways our ancestors did. We live according to the laws of life, whether we want to or not. If we think that others do not influence us, we are mistaken. There are plenty of examples of how we pick up a colleague's bad mood or contagious laughter, think about a friend and they call the next moment, or think of asking something from a partner and they voice the same question. It is an illusion to think we are not influenced when we keep our distance, try to forget, or believe that it is in the past. But that is precisely why we become bound; it makes us act, choose, and react in ways that are not true to ourselves. A negative bond is restrictive. If we learn to notice these binding elements, we can take action and make changes that move us toward freer choices. We are always connected, the question is – do we support or hinder this connection?

5. Lecture How life organizes itself through 3 laws. Symptoms, diseases, and conditions – their roles, hints, and possible systemic causes of the most common diseases (NB! Context must always be taken into account. I highlight some of the most frequently observed correlations. It must be considered that these may still vary for each individual).
NB! Each case must be handled individually and it is recommended to collaborate with doctors. Constellation does not cure or diagnose but looks at systemic connections that triggered the development of the disease.
In constellations, the aim is not to find culprits or wrongdoers but to identify triggering events and those who were involved. This is to honor and give them a respectful place in the system to which they belong, as it is a part of history. Nothing that has been can be excluded. It can be acknowledged and recognized, allowing the system to calm down.
