Themes
1. My shadows – The parts of the psyche – persona, shadow, self, anima and animus.
2. My drama – Victim, rescuer, and aggressor roles in everyday life, their characteristics, and how to get out of them. The drama triangle and its levels of growth.
3. I am not enough – Where it comes from, what message it carries, what to consider, and whether this feeling also has good qualities.
I delivered the lectures live for several years in my studio. Now they are available as online lectures because this knowledge is very useful in everyday life. Through this, you can recognize when actions are subconsciously guided by the shadow and when the true self is expressed.
Or to recognize the "game" of the drama triangle that occurs in every work group, among friends, acquaintances, and partners, and how to step out of it to live in relationships that are of higher quality, supportive, and respectful to all participants in the relationship.
Those who have already attended the lectures have found that the knowledge they gained helped them better understand what is happening in specific relationships or why certain patterns keep repeating. They learned to recognize their own roles and thereby began to see opportunities for change.
More details will emerge in everyday life through practice, and each person will develop their own tips and improvements to better create and maintain relationships in their lives.
